At the door of Stark Tower

He doesn't really have a phone anymore, at least not one that isn't a burner on the end of it's life, and that phone never had the number he needed in it, so he didn't call ahead. Instead, he's just there, heading for the front desk to see if perhaps, just maybe, he has a friend here. Or at least an ally.

"Steve Rogers for Tony Stark, please?"

"I have nothing but faith in the ability of Tony Stark - any iteration I've ever encountered - to make technology do whatever he so wishes," Loki says, leaning back on the couch again, and sipping his beer.

Yes, this Loki is different. And yes, he can help. Help a lot, if you let him. If it suits him.

Loki takes a quick glance over to where Tony is muttering to himself about cross-compatibility, and then turns back to Steve.

"Well, first we need to find him. Do you have anything of his? Preferably hair, or blood, or some other kind of biomass. Or something extremely sentimental."

He can do the divination without, of course, but it would be so much easier with.

Loki takes it carefully, and closes his eyes, breathing a few words of power. His fingertips glow briefly emerald green, before fading out.

"Yes," he says after a moment. "I think it will."
